The use of white wall surfaces contrasts the feature timber cladding and well located glazing.
Located on a small sloping corner allotment, the design responds to the site with good use of passive solar principals. The design sits comfortably into its environment in and utilises the fall of the land to create interesting and usable interior and exterior living zones.
The Ground floor features white polished concrete floors a voided entry which feeds directly to a dedicated study & lounge. The living zone is filled with natural light and a sunken lounge. Feature timber stairs lead up to the four bedrooms including the master suite
